Hard Rock Atlantic City Targets Memorial 2018 Opening day

Rough Rock Atlantic City will reopen to guests next Memorial Day week-end should the company’s $500 million renovation stay on schedule.
When the Trump that is former Taj opens as tricky Rock Atlantic City, the resort will celebrate the genre of rock ‘n’ roll.
That’s according to company officials whom say the facelift will transform the Trump that is former Taj property right into a rock ‘n’ roll-themed casino resort.
Hard Rock, owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida, purchased the shuttered Taj Mahal in March for just $50 million, pennies on the dollar in comparison to what President Donald Trump paid to construct the resort in the late 1980s. The former estate that is real and casino businessman turned politician and now president invested over $1 billion constructing the Boardwalk place.
Showing up ahead of the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA), Hard Rock Global Senior VP of Design and Construction Joe Emanuele unveiled, ‘We wish to start demolition by the following month and complete construction by August.’
Upping the Ante
Tricky Rock had initially planned to invest $300 million energizing the Taj, but upon further inspection, realized more capital was required to rid the Indian-themed décor.
‘The amount of money we are going to need to spend to remove dozens of minarets and all that purple,’ Hard Rock Chairman Jim Allen stated month that is last. ‘Jesus! What were we thinking?’
